How we started
We first opened our restaurant more than 25 years ago in Los Angeles, CA, on the beach front. We moved to Murfreesboro, TN about 10 years ago and since then serving customers not only in the middle-Tennessee region but also catering in the neighboring States.
Our experienced chefs direct from the sun-baked plains of India, preparing and cooking our dishes in only the freshest, perfection-oriented methods – some of which are centuries old in tradition. This includes the inspiration behind our restaurant’s name, the usage of the “clay oven”, which is fired up to 100+ degrees
